Villaggio® Taste Satisfaction Guarantee – FAQs

  1. What is the Villaggio® Taste Satisfaction Guarantee?
    At Villaggio®, we stand behind the great taste of our bread. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right by sending you a coupon for another Bimbo Canada product.

  2. Which products are included?
    The Guarantee applies only to participating Villaggio® products labeled with the Taste Satisfaction Guarantee sticker. Eligible products include:
    • Villaggio® Classico Italian Style Thick Slice White Bread
    • Villaggio® Sesame Italian Style Thick Slice White Bread
    • Villaggio® Italian Style Thick Slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread
    • Villaggio® Rustico™ Harvest Multigrain
    • Villaggio® Rustico™ Sourdough Bread
    • Villaggio® Artesano™ White Bread
    Note: Product availability may vary by store.

  3. How do I submit a claim?
    To submit a claim:
    1. Visit villaggioguarantee.ca within 21 days of purchase.
    2. Complete the redemption form with your name and email.
    3. Upload a clear photo of your receipt showing:
      • Store name and address
      • Date and time of purchase
      • Participating Villaggio® product
    You’ll receive an email letting you know if your claim is approved or rejected.

  4. What will I receive if my claim is approved?
    Each valid claim will receive one (1) coupon valued at $4.00, redeemable on any Bimbo Canada product. Coupons are mailed within approximately 3 weeks of approval.

  5. How long do I have to submit a claim?
    Claims must be submitted within 21 days of purchase. Claims received after this time will not be accepted.

  6. How many claims can I make?
    The program is limited to one (1) claim per household during the program period. Each claim applies to a single unit only.

  7. Why might my claim be rejected?
    Your claim may be rejected if:
    • The receipt is illegible, incomplete, or not from a participating store
    • The purchase was made outside the claim period
    • The product is not a participating Villaggio® product
    • The receipt has been altered, reused, or flagged by anti-fraud checks
    • Required information is missing
    If your claim is rejected, you’ll receive an email explaining why.

  8. Is this a refund?
    No. This is not a refund. No cash or credit will be issued. Instead, approved claims receive a coupon for another Bimbo Canada product.

  9. How is my personal information used?
    Your personal information will only be used to process your claim and send your coupon. It will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill this offer.
